My Mission

From the gym to the pads it's my mission to help people train hard and live wild. I help individuals break through self-limiting beliefs, redefine their relationship with fitness, and build mental and physical strength through performance-based training. Helping with everything from competitions, Injuries to building strong daily lives. Because I believe fitness should empower you – not exhaust you. Im not just here to coach, im here to create a team - a community that grows together.

Before Georgia, I was going to the gym on and off but never really consistently with everything happening in my life at the time, I had no proper routine, schedule or programme to follow. On top of that I had really low confidence on what I was doing in the gym at all especially given my rib injury and was scared of making any wrong moves that could worsen or cause another injury. Georgia has literally been the entire light of this journey, guiding me through patiently in building my confidence in the gym, getting familiar with gym equipment, terminology and especially assuring me my form is correct and giving me tips on how to ensure I don’t cause any further injury. Without Georgia I would have never made it this far or even been able to eventually go gym alone and trust I can figure things out along the way, with her support just a text or review away! She’s as fun and kind as she is a great coach. I hope she knows she’s an amazing coach who aims to foster a strong community and always puts in her all every session. Get to know me!

Hey, I’m Georgia — but everyone calls me GC. I’ve been obsessed with movement and trying new things since I was a kid. I grew up dancing (ballet, Jazz, tap & street), playing field hockey, surfing and even did Judo.Over the years, that turned into Muay Thai, strength training, calisthenics, and running. I’m a qualified coach, and Muay Thai trainer, competing in events like Hyrox, half marathons, and prepping for a fight — because I love a challenge and seeing what im truly cappable of!Outside the gym, I’m a massive hobby collector and traveller. One weekend it’s skydiving, the next it’s rock climbing, Hiking or cliff jumping. I’ve travelled to 14+ countries, and one of my biggest goals is to run fitness retreats around the world where we train hard and explore even harder.I’ve skydived, Climbed mountains in Brazil, Scuba dived the great barrier reef, trekked volcanoes, and lived out of a backpack — but nothing makes me feel more alive than helping someone else find their power. I bring that same wild energy into my training, my life, and the way I coach.If you’re into movement, mindset, or just want to connect with someone who’s doing life full throttle — I’ve probably got a coffee morning, fitness class, or some kind of adventure on the go.
